Graz/Krefeld, October 8, 2007. Harald Suttor was appointed as Managing Director of Andritz Küsters GmbH and as Manager of the Andritz Paper Finishing Division as of November 2007. Mr. Suttor succeeds Dr. Erich W. Bröker, who will leave the company in order to take on a new professional challenge. The Andritz AG Executive Board expresses its thanks to Dr. Bröker for his achievements for and his commitment to Andritz Küsters.

 

Harald Suttor (48) has over 20 years of experience in various sections of the paper industry and has held managing positions in operations, manufacture and sale of paper machines. One of Mr. Suttor’s main goals will be the extension of Andritz Küsters’ activities in the area of board machines. Andritz Küsters is the globally leading supplier of calendering technologies and, after the purchase of the Coater Division from Swiss company Bachofen + Meier AG, is enabled to offer complete systems for paper finishing, including hard-nip calenders, coating, and calendering equipment.
