Roll Change within Minutes

Be it a new pattern or change from embossing to bonding - with the  the changeover takes place in the shortest of time.

The height of the incoming web remains constant and a time-consuming adjustment of the conveyor belt is no longer needed. In contrast to a 3-roll calender with vertical roll arrangement the engraving with the  is always carried out on the top side of the nonwoven web.

An exchange of the roll currently not in use is even possible while the machine is still in production and one engraved roll is in operation. This is the high-tech solution for more flexibility in modern nonwoven production.
