The can be used for low add on, single sided application of hydrophilic or permanent hydrophilic finishes for the nonwoven top layers of diapers. The system can also apply other suitable finshes.
The ANDRITZ Küsters technology integrates numerous desigh details which have been refined to fit the properties of spin finishes and the sophisticated process requirements in the nonwoven industry.

The innovative machine concept :
Two liquor troughs are alternatively directed to the firmly fixed application roll.

Advantage: quick change of product from liquor A to liquor B with no change in material run. So warranting maximum process stability.
