Rebuilds By working closely with our customers we determine the individual need for repair, rebuilding, upgrade or reconditioning of existing calenders. Spare Rolls To avoid long production downtimes, we recommend our customers to always keep a complete set of spare rolls in store. This helps you to be prepared for an emergency situation and to prevent revenue loss.   Our range of spare rolls includes, e.g.:   - Hot S-Roll - S-Roll - CS-Roll - HyCon I and L Roll - Thermo Hydrein Roll - Steel rolls, engraved - Steel rolls, chrome plated - Elastic rolls with cover (cotton, paper, FlexRoll) - Cooling rolls etc. Roll Repairs In addition to our new and spare rolls we also offer expert repairs of existing rolls at our plant.
