HyCon - Piston Supported Roll Technology
The rotating, highly elastic, homogeneous FlexRoll sleeve made of polyamid on these deflection-controlled rolls is supported by hydrostatic elements (pistons).
The uniform infinitely variable linear forces are transmitted to the FlexRoll sleeve contact-free via an oil film.
By symmetrically turning on and off the supporting elements, the pressing width can be adjusted. This is a decisive advantage especially in case of frequent changes between great and small fabric widths. The edges of the sleeves can be lowered by retraction elements from the hot counter roll and prevent an overheating of the edge at high steel roll temperatures.

The texcal
stands for special flexibility in production, as, due to its infinitely adjustable line forces in the top and rear nip, it enables a multitude of effects: gloss, smoothness, density, handle, matt and silk finish.
Typical fields of application are material for clothing and shirts, underwear, bed and table linen, home textiles in general.
