State-of-the-Art Drive Concept

The new PrimeFeeder drive concept is a high performance system based on customized drum motors. These compact motors are integrated into the threader. Thus installation is possible in tight areas where other threading systems will not fit.

Mimimum Maintenance Efforts

Internal parts and pivots are pre-lubricated and sealed, to keep out dust, dirt and aggressive cleaning liquids. These sealed assemblies, combined with the stainless steel and special treated heavy duty aluminium used in the conveyor body and mounting brackets create an extremely durable and low maintenance system.
